Heron Creek is located on the south side of
Peace & Plank Roads and expands both east and west of Route 23 within minutes of Historic Sycamore. Heron Creek is a hometown community set in a welcoming environment.
The Farmstead area has 7 parks, along with walking and biking trails and 155 acres of conservation land.
The Commons area has over 80 acres of park land and walking trails. The association fee for this area is $250 per year.

The Heron Creek homes are in the Sycamore School District #427.
